The Problem:

Next up at bat was Ackerman service technician Irvin, who gave Charlotte a perfect 5-star installation experience with his friendly and fast service. The brand new sensor was installed in under an hour and Charlotte and her family in Smyrna got the protection they deserve.
Keith Chapman, the Sales Consultant, was so prompt, friendly, professional and methodical in his advice that I upgraded the door sensor based on its position relative to the new door. He answered all of my questions, discounted the cost, and scheduled installation by a Service Technician.
