Ike made the difference for me. I have more peace of mind with the changes he helped me implement. However, just to be clear the salesman Ben is not someone I would do business with again. Once he gets your money he is out. He says call the office.

I have Ackerman security for 4 years now and I like their services very dependable plus the company in locally in Georgia. I recently upgraded my system to a smart home with cameras and all; the installation was great and I’m enjoying the new features. She didn't try to up-sale us on stuff we didn't need like another provider had done. The initial consultation to discuss our needs was very informative. She didn't try to up-sale us on stuff we didn't need like another provider had done. The pricing was reasonable and there was no long term contract. I will gladly recommend Ackerman to my friends & will definitely use them again in the future. Our technician came in did the job, explained where all our equipment was and made sure I fully understood how to use the system before he left. We have only had service for less than a month, but I feel so much safer when leaving my house. Thanks Ackerman for a Great experience.

Allen did not attempt to over sell is as most sales people do. He was honest with what we needed and even showed us how to better secure our...Allen was our sales person and Tim performed our installation. Both were very professional. They came on time, were informative, clean and very friendly. Allen did not attempt to over sell is as most sales people do. He was honest with what we needed and even showed us how to better secure our home even with the security system. Tim was meticulous about installing our system, he ran several tests to be sure it was properly working and was patient in showing us the features. I would highly recommend Ackerman to all my loved ones.

They immediately responded the same day and an appointment was scheduled for a salesman to visit and do an evaluation. They immediately responded the same day and an appointment was scheduled for a salesman to visit and do an evaluation. He was very prompt and efficient. Within three days time we had a technician installing our system. Our technician was very professional, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend Ackerman to anyone. Not only were they very professional but our monthly bill is half the cost of our previous security system company.

Even at this juncture that I had to cancel my service due to my moving out of their coverage area, they showed great professionalism in handling my request. Ms. Johnson of their Loyalty Dept. deserves their highest praise and a raise (if possible), as she quickly handled my issue and made this transition easy.
I will gladly return to them as a future customer when they expand to my area.
