We have had service with Ackerman for 13 years and have always been very impressed with their service. Natalie, the sales representative, was also incredible to work with. Ackerman Security has knocked it out of the park again! We highly recommend using them fir your security needs.

I am thoroughly impressed with the ease in which my installation appointment went. Alex was our technician and arrived within the 2 hour slot & kept us informed of his ETA. He was extremely courteous and beyond knowledgeable! Thank you to Alex and Ackerman for superb service!

He was very knowledgeable of all equipment and very patient with my wife as she needed a refresher course on working the key pad. He then took the time of setting up the app and waiting patiently as we inputted all info for our family. All in all he was great at providing all and any information we needed.

Ackerman technician Alex came out today to install a new panel in my home after I switched back to Ackerman Security. It was not my choice in the beginning to leave Ackerman, but my account was transferred to ADT. Once the opportunity presented itself for me to switch back, it was an easy...
Ackerman technician Alex came out today to install a new panel in my home after I switched back to Ackerman Security. It was not my choice in the beginning to leave Ackerman, but my account was transferred to ADT. Once the opportunity presented itself for me to switch back, it was an easy decision. Alex was polite, thorough, and clearly explained everything he was doing and how to operate the new panel. He was also punctual with his arrival time.
